Western Investor Network Brokers and staff helped the League of Brothers build bicycles for kindergartners through second grade at Greenlee Elementary school. The project was in conjunction with Wish for Wheels. Wish for Wheels is a nonprofit organization that gives brand new bicycles and helmets to kids in low income communities. Founded in 2004, the first giveaway made it clear that the bikes bring health and happiness into these kids’ lives.
This was an amazing experience. Seeing the smiles of joy on the kids faces as they saw the rows of bikes and attempting to ride a bike for the first time made our day.
