New Mexico Council of Exchangors bring $60 million in equity for 1031 exchanges

The first week of May brought 40 Exchangors to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the Rocky Mountain Regional Exchangors meeting.   Exchangors presented properties with a total value of almost $70 million.   The Exchangors were mostly from New Mexico and Colorado with a few other states in the mix.
