Margaret is a 15-year veteran real estate investor with experience in purchasing, leasing and managing many different types of properties. Prior to joining Western Investor, Margaret founded and managed HM Properties, LLC where she learned how to purchase investment property within a self-directed retirement plan. Before working in real estate, Margaret was Division Director for a 60-person IT consulting firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Margaret’s passion is helping investors build their real estate portfolio and working with clients to grow their businesses by finding the ideal property to purchase or lease.
