After years of training and playing solitaire on his computer while at work, Tony felt he was ready to hit Las Vegas this week. The first part of this might be a joke, but Tony did travel to Vegas for the tenth time to make valuable new connections at NCE.
The National Council of Exchangors (NCE) is a non-profit trade association comprised of real estate licensed professionals from across the country. The NCE members meet four times per year at the national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada where educational events and marketing meetings are held. At conferences, the members have the opportunity to present offerings through professional moderators towards the sale and exchange of their real estate nationwide.
The meeting this week had a total of 100 attendees from 19 different states.
The total book value of the properties being offered was at an astounding $1,101,737,707!
Not only does Denver have a hot commercial real estate market, but Vegas has its own bonfire of a market.
Of course you can’t visit Vegas without heading over to the world-famous strip.
