Pricing is at an all-time high and there’s a lot of momentum”.
The biggest motivating factor that supports Richey’s statement is the want and need for higher-quality office and retail space. Even with talk about e-commerce and struggling to hire the right individuals out of the herd of young people migrating to Colorado, companies are realizing that Metro Denver is an area of continuous opportunities.
