Tony Hemminger just returned from Las Vegas where he attended the National Council of Exchangors conference. The National Council of Exchangors (NCE) is a non-profit trade association comprised of real estate licensed professionals from across the country. The NCE members meet at least twice per year at the national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada where educational events and marketing meetings are held. At conferences, the members have the opportunity to present offerings through professional moderators towards the sale and exchange of their real estate nationwide. This year, because of the excellent real estate market, NCE is holding an additional conference in July.
The first conference of 2016 saw 108 attendees from 27 different states. One of the largest attended conferences since the end of the great recession. 327 properties in 37 states and abroad were presented for exchange over the course of three days. The value of these properties is approximately of $825,000,000. Land development deals to large international resorts were some of the transactions presented.
