The Society of Exchange Counselors is the nation’s premier creative real estate marketing organization. The worldwide members are leaders in creative real estate and experienced commercial and investment real estate brokers, counselors, developers, asset managers, financiers, investors, exchangors, consultants and educators.
Conferences are held 6 times a year throughout the US. The first conference of 2016 was held in Costa Mesa, CA. Almost 90 members and guests, from New York to California, Michigan to Texas, attended the three day SEC meeting. Over 210 exchange packages were presented with a total value of $626,516,028 and an equity value of $513,801,454. The real estate packages represented properties in multiple states and also international locations. Land development deals to large international resorts were just some of the transactions being presented.
