M & J Wilkow Ltd., a commercial real estate firm based out of Chicago has acquired the Cherry Creek Corporate Center in Glendale, Colorado.
An official purchase price has not been revealed, but according to a report by the Denver Business Journal, “Alliance Commercial Partners purchased the property for $33.5 million” in 2014.
The Cherry Creek Corporate Center has also recently received a $15 million renovation, so we can only imagine that this property is worth a pretty penny…
M & J has done business in Denver before and states, “M & J Wilkow will draw on its experience in the Denver office market in order to successfully manage Cherry Creek Corporate Center. The Company owned and operated Triad at Orchard Station, a 415,000 square foot office park located in Southeast Suburban Denver, successfully redeveloping and repositioning the property, which was sold in October 2015.”
With the involvement of firms outside of Colorado, it only emphasizes the fact that the real estate market in Colorado is booming.
