News from a Denver City Council committee on January 30th has provided updated information on the growth of the Colorado Convention Center.
The contracts have been split up as followed:
$12.45 million, three-year contract for Fentress Architects
$9 million, three-year contract for Trammel Crow Company
The physical additions to the convention center will include an 80,000 sq ft multi-function meeting space and a 50,000 sq ft rooftop terrace as well as improvements to the building lobby.
Why they didn’t decide on including a bouncy castle? The world may never know.
