Western Investor Network is located off of Arapahoe Road and Dayton so we see the full toll of the traffic being created as a result of more than a years worth of construction efforts. If you have ever ended up on Arapahoe Road during rush-hour traffic then you know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be, but there is good news. By the end of this year, we should be seeing a steep decrease in major traffic impacts thanks to the following improvements:
- A lane in each direction of East Arapahoe Road’s has been added
- By removing the I-25 bridge supports, triple-left turns from the southbound I-25 off-ramp to eastbound Arapahoe Road can now be made
- South Yosemite Street has been widened just north and south of Arapahoe Road
- Improved business access in the northeast part of the highway interchange
- Fresh pavement and striping
Due to the combined efforts of CDOT and provided funding from surrounding cities and counties to pay for this 66 million dollar project, it can only mean that you should make use of this and come stop by and say hello to us at Western Investor Network.
