If you thought Amazon couldn’t take over the U.S market even more than it already has, you thought wrong.
Amazon is planning to introduce their own delivery service called, “Shipping with Amazon”.
This delivery service has been in the works since 2016 and will help save the leader in e-commerce approximately $1.1 billion annually.
Shipping with Amazon will begin its service in the Los Angeles market first, but according to the Wall Street Journal, will then “roll it out more broadly” across the U.S.
What this means for commercial real estate is more industrial warehouses being sought after to store all of your last minute gifts in.
